Troubleshooting Of MS Outlook

*If outlook  not open in your windows
  Go to Run Type "Outlook.exe/resetnvpane" then ok
*Path of PST
  Show all hidden files
  then go to C/Program file(86)/Microsoft Office/Office12/Scanpst.exe

*How to take Backup of Outlook
  Open Outlook
  Select Import & Export
  Select Export
  Click PST(Personal Storage Table)
  Select Name of account
  Give Name of backup now click next upto finish.
*How to Add another PST
  Open Outlook
  Go to File
  Select data file management
  Select PST and add
  Select new PST and give it name
  Click on finish.
*Shortcut key of Outlook
  Ctrl +1   -- Go to mail
  Ctrl + 2  -- Go to my calender
  Ctrl +3   -- Go to Contact
   F9         --  Send /Receive mail
* Outlook is hang
   Sometimes we open the Outlook it hangs means first check pst size ,If the size is upto 2GB than its means
   may be corrupted  than we will have to Repair.pst
*Back up of Outlook  Contact
  Outlook.NK2(Location is same as pst file)
*Putting Password on pst
  Go to Tools --> option --> mail setup --> Click on data file --> Select Pst  & Click on setting than Click
   change password  and restart your Outlook
*Auto Spell Checking before sending email
  Go to Tools --> option --> Click on Spell Tab & Chose Spelling before sent than --> Ok
*Setting Out of Office Auto Reply
  Tools --> Out of Office Assistant and Choose out of Office.
*PST is Corrupted
  Select Scan.pst --> double click on pst --> Scan.pst wizard --> Find path --> browser (provide file path      of corrupted file .

  C:\Program \common file \MS Outlook\i033\scan.pst
*Creating new Signature
  Tools --> Option --> mail format --> Click on Signature -->Click on create signature with describe              fontsize than Ok
