Step 1> Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 from all program.
Step 2> Open Welcome Page of MS Outlook.
Step 3> On e-mail upgrade option select do not upgrade click on next.
Step 4> On the email account Select yes click on next.
Step 5> On the auto account setup Select manually configure.
Step 6> Choose E-mail services and select Microsoft Exchange Server.
Step 7> Now go to your email (gmail/yahoo mail)
Step 8> Select setting and make sure that POP3/IMAP should be enable.
Step 9> Now from step 6 fill data as per requirement.
username ,email address,incoming mail server (pop.mail.gmail.com),outgoing mail server(smtp.mail.gmail.com),mention username & password same as mail password Step 10> Click on more setting Step 11> Go to outgoing server Select Smtp requires authentic action,Go to advance tab select port no incoming pop3 ,Outgoing server 465,select encrypted conncetion SSL-Ok-next upto finish
