First confirm that you have internet access in your android mobile and data cable .
Step 1:- Connect your cable from android to PC (USB Port)
Step 2:- Open your mobile lock
Step 3:- Go to Setting
Step 4:- Go to more and select Tethering & Portable hotspot
Step 5:- Select USB Tethering now you will enjoy with internet.
